📦 Return Policy

As crystals are natural, spiritual tools, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Natural variations in shape, size, color, or inclusions
Energy sensitivity or personal experience with the crystal

Crystals are unique by nature, and minor imperfections are not considered defects.

We ONLY accept returns under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product

✅ To be eligible:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share an unboxing video (mandatory) with parcel opening, showing the issue clearly
Product must be unused and in its original packaging

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is reviewed and approved:

A replacement will be sent (preferred)
OR a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Note: Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges unless the item delivered is damaged or incorrect. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and matched to your energy, making standard exchanges unsuitable.
